Requirements
Educational & Professional Foundation
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related discipline. Strong grounding in algorithms, distributed systems, and data structures.
Prior startup experience (founder, co-founder, or early builder) is highly valued and will be considered a strong differentiator.
Generative AI Expertise
Deep understanding of LLM architectures, open-source and commercial models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude).
Proven experience with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, and deployment of LLMs in production.
Hands-on expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and hybrid retrieval strategies.
Familiarity with multimodal AI models (text, vision, speech) is a strong plus.
System & Solution Architecture
Strong experience in designing scalable, secure, and reliable architectures for AI-first applications.
Ability to integrate GenAI components into enterprise systems (APIs, data lakes, cloud infrastructure).
Exposure to cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps workflows for deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Understanding of compliance, data privacy, and governance in AI deployments.
Full-Stack & Hands-On Technical Ability
Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face ecosystem) and experience with at least one modern web stack (e.g., React, Angular, Vue for frontend; Node.js, Django, or similar for backend).
Ability to design and build complete applications—from backend services and APIs to functional websites, dashboards, and mobile apps that bring AI solutions to life.
Skilled at delivering end-to-end production solutions with attention to scalability, reliability, and performance.
Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills.
